Dry Ingredients:
2cups of Almond Flour
4tbsps of Tapioca Flour
2tsps of Baking Powder
2tsps of Fuji no Haru Matcha
A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs
2/3 cup of Almond milk
2tbsp of Maple syrup
1tsp of Vanilla extract
Method of Preparation:
- Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Fold wet ingredients into wet, and mic well.
- There is no need to add oil if using non-stick frying pan. Measure a tablespoon per pancake. Fry pancakes on the medium fire, until a light brown color.
